By accessing, registering an account, or taking any action on the mmkj platform (including the website, mobile application, and all related services), you are considered to have fully read and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

1.1 — Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to every player using mmkj services, every visitor to the platform, and anyone who interacts with the site.

1.2 — Age Restriction

You must be 21 or older to play on the mmkj platform. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under 21. If an account is found to have been opened with a false age, it will be suspended and the funds will be reviewed.

1.3 — Language and Law

These terms and conditions are written first in the Myanmar language. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the Myanmar version, the Myanmar version shall take precedence.

2.1 — One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one account on mmkj at a time. Accounts sharing the same IP address, payment method, or personal details may be considered duplicates and are subject to suspension.

2.2 — Accurate Information Required

Details entered at registration — name, date of birth, payment account — must be accurate and complete. Accounts opened with incorrect information may have withdrawals suspended and the account closed.

2.3 — Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. If a breach occurs, notify mmkj immediately via Myanmar-language Live Chat. mmkj is not liable for actions taken on an account due to the player's own negligence.

2.4 — KYC Verification

mmkj may request personal identity documents from a player. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

Players may only deposit using the payment methods available on the platform. Third-party transfers are not accepted, as mmkj processes payments directly.

No deposit fee is charged, however your bank card or payment provider may apply their own fees, which mmkj is not responsible for.

3.4 — Deposit Verification

Funds will be credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment provider. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact us via Live Chat.

After a request is reviewed, withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours (Myanmar Standard Time, UTC+6:30).

4.3 — Withdrawal Conditions

• The account used to withdraw must match the account used to deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met — see Section 5 for details.
• If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 — Withdrawal Rejection

mmkj may reject withdrawals linked to attempts to withdraw before bonus wagering requirements are met, attempts to withdraw before KYC is complete, or violations of platform rules.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New players can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit at mmkj — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

5.2 — How to Claim a Bonus

The welcome bonus can only be claimed once, at the time of your first deposit after registration. If you wish to decline the bonus, you must record this via Live Chat before making your deposit.

5.3 — Preventing Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — for example, playing at minimum loss rate to meet wagering requirements — will result in cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings, and the account may be suspended.

5.4 — Bonus Validity

Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is received. If the deadline passes, the bonus amount will be considered forfeited.

mmkj has 4 VIP levels. As a player's betting volume increases, they can move up to higher levels, and the higher the level, the higher the cashback rate.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week

Cashback will be issued as bonus funds and will be subject to wagering requirements. mmkj reserves the right to modify the details of the VIP program.

Players must treat the mmkj platform community with respect. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using third-party software, bots, or cheating tools
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Submitting or altering personal information that does not belong to you
• Using abusive language or harassment via Live Chat
• Using a VPN or modified IP address to access mmkj from outside its operating region

8.1 — Player-Initiated Self-Exclusion

A player may request a temporary or permanent account suspension via Live Chat. Self-exclusion requests will be processed by mmkj immediately.

8.2 — Situations Where mmkj May Suspend an Account

• When there is clear evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions
• When KYC verification cannot be completed
• When money laundering activity is suspected
• While a withdrawal is under review following a player's own request

8.3 — Funds After Suspension

Real money balances (excluding bonus funds) may have withdrawals held until verification and wagering requirements are met. Bonus-related balances will not be returned after an account is suspended.
